Sous Chef

As our Sous Chef, you’ll be a natural leader, a talented Chef with a passionate for great quality produce. Experience in similar environments is essential. You will be responsible for day to day management of the kitchen team, menu development and H&S standards. You will have an infectious passion for food and have the ability pass on your knowledge to the team.

Chef De Partie

What’s required for the Chef de Partie position:

The ability to produce top quality fresh food

Be able to run and take ownership of their section

Have the confidence and knowledge to guide junior staff members

Good hygiene awareness and the ability to work professionally and cleanly

Have the determination to develop their own skills and are hungry to progress with their career

Good organisation/communication skills

Experience at high-end establishments

Commis Chef

We are looking for someone who would like to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. You must have a passion for food and be hungry to learn everything involved in becoming a chef from filling out paperwork to cooking the perfect piece of fish.

What’s required for the Commis Chef position:

As a commis chef you will be working with one of the Chef de parties preparing all elements of the dishes across all sections in the kitchen. You must demonstrate a good awareness of cleanliness and quickly understand the various aspects of health and hygiene involved in food preparation.

Live in accommodation and meals is available along with a share of tips and the opportunity to progress.
